Leaders are Readers
The Johnny’s Library podcast is a collection and recap of the books that have had an impact on my life. I want to share with you some of the content that has become a game changer in my life through the written word. Yes I do listen to podcasts and audio books, but there is something special about holding a physical book in your hands.
I created both this podcast and this page to share these books with you. You can change your entire path in life by diving into the right books and for me a few of those books are listed here.

“You will be the same person in five years as you are today except for the people you meet and the books you read” – Charlie Tremendous Jones
“Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers” – Harry S Truman
The Book Lover’s Journal is an excellent way to track what you have read and how it resonated with you. I use this to look back and reflect on the books I have dived in to over the years.
Reading Launch! helped me to transition “old-school” sales tactics (such as the sales letter or extremely long sales pages) into today’s times with live video, social media, new media, and more. This book transformed years of schooling into practical application for today.
Simple, practical, applicable ideas around money management and wealth creation, set in ancient Babylon but can still be implemented today. This version annotated by Dave Ramsey works well to tie ancient concepts to present day situations.
Superfans helped me outline steps for building a community around what you are trying to create. The practical steps of building an audience, followers, subscribers, and moving them into super fans redefined how I looked at anyone who took the time to listen to a podcast episode or watch a video.
